Is every lead really exclusive?
Yes. Each lead is sold once. The first supplier to complete payment keeps it, and it disappears from the marketplace for everyone else.
What do I get when I buy a lead?
The customer's name, phone number and email, plus the ZIP code, amount of wood, wood type, timeframe, delivery preference and any notes they added. The details are shown on screen and emailed to you.
What if another supplier is buying the same lead?
If someone else is already in checkout, you'll see that the lead was just taken before you pay. If a lead is sold while you are paying, your payment is refunded automatically.
How is the price decided?
By the age of the request: $50 under 14 days, $25 from 14 to 30 days, and $5 over 30 days. The age is counted from the day the customer submitted the quote request.
